Basically, anything that makes me get out of bed at 5am is instantly demoted to the Despise pile. So is running for the train.
Especially on cold mornings.

I was in Sydney early this morning to attend the District Court for my law class. It was so interesting, especially when observing a real case going to trial. My friend Jess and I found comfort in Hyde Park afterwards, drinking creamy Chai lattes and pouring over the latest Harpers Bazaar on the ride back home. And I had just enough time to squeeze in a film before going to work!
I strongly recommend watching Hedwig and The Angry Inch ~ a daring arthouse flick about a young transvestite singer who struggles with his sexual and personal identity, delivered with punchy humour, fresh styles and the catchy songs from his band. It's life affirming, heart wrenching and fabulously risque!
